I was really disappointed with this company. I ordered a home security system and they never delivered on their promises. The service was terrible and it took me forever to get my system installed. The people who work there are absolutely terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers.

is awfulI have had the displeasure of working with OPTIMUS.IO a company that seems to be in the business of home-improvement services but is unfortunately nothing more than an absolute joke. First and foremost their customer service is terrible Ive had to call them multiple times to ask for information on something simple - like how to change a light bulb - and every time Im put through to someone who sounds like theyre about to give me a heart attack. Second their products are absolutely terrible. They seem really only interested in making money off of peoples misery rather than providing quality service or goods that will improve their lives. Third their prices are outrageous For instance I bought some new curtains from them and when they came back months later despite being promised delivery within 24 hours I found out that they would have cost me 200 per side And finally the most egregious thing of all they clearly dont understand basic English

They ask for your credit card number and other personal information in order to get you to invest money into their business which then allegedly will bring about positive changes in your life. In fact there has been no change whatsoever in my life since I joined this bogus program - in fact the opposite has happened

I have had terrible experience with this company. I have had bad reviews before so Im not sure what the problem is. We are using their platform to build a new website and I just got an email about a fee increase. The website isnt yet done so Im not sure how much more it will cost to get the same quality of site created with Optimus. Ive also had good experiences with other platforms so I know they too must be better than Optimus. Save your money and dont use this company.

Optimus is a terrible company. I have never been treated well like this before. I had to fight for my rights and get my money back. This is the first time that this has happened to me since I got interested in home improvement.The customer service was horrible. I contacted them multiple times and it always took so long to get back to me. Then I realized that it was the original receipt that they used to take advantage of me. Now I have to go through them again because they took advantage of me while they received the money from me first.I am currenting this because I dont think anything at Optimus should be considered a service. This company seems like it will do nothing but hurt peoples feelings the online customer etc. everywhere. Avoid this company if you want to avoid being hurt by their shenanigans.
