Optimus Technology is a terrible company. I have had excellent experiences with other doctors but everything changed with my surgery. The therapist there was amazing but the customer service was terrible. I had to talk to her for hours and she didnt even care. The products they produce are absolutely terrible also. Nothing works right anymore. I would not recommend this to anyone.

.Optimus Technology is a terrible company. I have had nothing but problems with them in the past. My last issue was with them when I received my Optimus Laptop because I got it for my birthday. They were very nice about getting me a new one then selling it to me as original equipment unibody. I contacted them and they were very responsive so I knew that it was their business. However after my visit they no longer had any use for me and offered to sell me a used laptop instead. Its clear that they are just doing whats best for themselves.
