.com is a terrible company that does not do anything to help their customers.I used Optis.com for leave management and it was terrible. The website was very difficult to navigate and there were no helpful instructions on how to do what they said they would do. The most important part of leaving for work was having the right information organized and accessible which wasnt easy to find or manage with the clunky interface. Also the company did not seem interested in helping me achieve my Leave Management Goals even though I provided them with all of my contact info and worked very hard during my entire time using Optis.com. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless they are looking for a complete waste of time and money.

.com is a company that promises to make your life easier by helping you manage your personal data and leave the workplace. Unfortunately the company does not deliver on its promise.I was extremely disappointed with Optis.com. The website is incredibly difficult to use and there are a lot of errors in the information it provides. It took me hours to figure out how to get my leave management system working properly and even after spending time online reading other reviews I still could not find a single step-by-step guide that worked for me. In addition the company does not seem to be very reliable when it comes to customer service I had to contact them multiple times before they would answer my questions about my system or help me troubleshoot a problem. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
