esI just got a bad review for company optrahealth.com. I saw it online and it was straight from the barrel of a gunpoint from the persons phone. I immediately took photo evidence of the phone call and forwarded it to customer service. They investigate and found that the person had sent this review through what they called a private email address. They also found that the person had taken advantage of a special offer on company OptraHealth care which means that they could have been paying for health care instead of getting health benefits. Overall I am very disappointed with company optrahealth.com and their recent actions.
