I just brought my old company OptTek Systems down to Level 2 and put in new management. Its a much better system now. But Im not happy with the customer service that I received when I first started working for them. So Id like to tell you about my experience there.Opttek Systems is a great company They have always been very good to me and our customers--even though we were never as successful as we wanted to be. However the customer service here was terrible. The staff was nice but they didnt understand what we were trying to do from beginning until end. Best case scenario - low number of problems 2 worst case - high number of problems 10.

I am immediately concerned about the document It is extremely complex and looks to be from a more experienced engineer than myself. I have read through it front to back and are quite sure that this is not something I should be supporting without his help.
