Ive never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to order a product and they told me it would be ready in 4-6 weeks. It took 9 weeks for my order to arrive They also said that the product I ordered was not on their website but was actually from another company. The product was not even close to what I ordered and it cost me an extra 50tax because of it. Do not bother using this company they are nothing but thieves

I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. The website is extremely user-unsafe and I was constantly having to change my password multiple times because someone had hacked into my account. Additionally their customer service was absolutely horrible. They would not take my money until I provided them with proof of purchase and then they would not help me with anything. Overall this is an amazing example of how not to run a business.

The product was sent back after it became apparent that it had not been properly aligned and there were numerous problems with it such as firsthand.
