"Orbissolutions Is A Terrible Company."

Orbissolutions is a terrible company. They are very slow in responding to emails and when they do the customer service is unhelpful and impossible to reach. There have been times when they have not been able to find any information about what has happened for a few weeks or even months. Then there are the phone calls which are usually quite long and not always necessary but make up for all the other shortcomings. Overall I would not recommend Orbissolutions to anyone.
