I just opened an order mark.com account and was extremely unhappy with the customer service I received. The website is completely outdated and not up to date with the latest standards. I had to contact customer service multiple times to be treated fairly and always were unable to be reachable by phone. Out of curiosity how many orders have I placed in the past...Ive had maybe six or seven in the past two months.

I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered a set of hooks and then received a bunch of customer service messages. There was one that seemed to be from ordermark. I dont know what it said but it wasnt positive. I got back to the company and asked for them to send me a product that was correct and they didnt even include the product The products they sent were only wrong in name and shape. This is not what we expect from ordermark.

I am not happy with my purchase. I was excited to order a move and have them do the walkthrough for me but I was extremely disappointed that they would only give me a delivery information link and then sent back and forth to get another person to help me set up the delivery method Not just ordermark.com. I hope that something can be done about this because this is trees us horrible customer service.
