I absolutely hated this company I was a customer for over two years and never once did they do anything right. Every time something went wrong it was always their fault and not the product or service. They would try to make up excuses but it just wasnt good enough. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company if youre looking for any type of satisfaction with your purchase.

Do not use this company They are terrible at everything and dont know what theyre doing. I went to their website to buy some products and was met with a message saying my credit card had been charged. Their website does not list that as an option so I called customer service and explained the situation. The woman said it would be handled but no one ever called me back. Do not go through orfinity online or in person

ersI have had a great experience with Orfinity.com so far. This is a good thing but not at the price you would pay elsewhere. I am not sure what their business model is but it is certainly different from what you would find in other online retailers. They offer quite high levels of customer service and support which is something I itemize on when it comes to my overall digital marketing strategy. I have never had any problems with my delivery of products or my customer service so I cant say that I was particularly surprised by their achievements last month. However I do believe that they will be much more successful than me because they are chapter 10 gamers and the game industry is very competitive.
