I was this companys customer service representative for 6 months. I was given the opportunity to try out several services and different laws before making a purchase. I chose to use the phone app to call theirdept. They are currently offering me a membership for 5.99 a month that includes everything you can think of including private plane travel which is really important to us these days. But its not just the phone app that is bad. The support crew is also very slow and unhelpful. I have had to send multiple messages with questions and no response for 2 days now. All they can do is give me problems about my account and how I can improve it. Do not bother trying to contact them. This is what we hope from our companyWe are sorry to hear that you are members of our team and have been since before you became a customer. Our team takes pride in providing good quality services at an affordable price and we would be grateful if
