Do not use this company They do not know what theyre doing and their service is terrible. I have had to change my IT server twice because they never properly maintained it and now my computer is slow as hell. Do not bother with this company

Do not use this company They are terrible at their job and do not know what theyre doing. I had to change my entire IT server because the Orion tech support person did not understand how to set up a computer for me and he also told me that I needed to get a new one because the old one was out of warranty. Do not waste your time with this company

I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I went to their website it said that I needed to create an account in order to use their services. After doing so I was met with a message saying that my account was inactive. I called them and spoke to someone who told me that my account was never active and that I needed to contact them in order for them to help meactivate it. They then proceeded to tell me that they could not help meactivate my account because they were not authorized to do so and would need the email address of the person who created myaccount. Needless to say this company is completely unauthorized and should not be providing IT services anywhere near peoples homes

Omron has done me wrong time and time again I have had to many problems with them and they have been very slow in getting things solved. This was not the first time that we have used Oriontech and I will not be the first person to tell you that they are unerryly created or that their software is terrible. I now hope that my previous reviews were not enough to discourage you from using Oriontech

I was this companys customer for over three years. They did an amazing job with my IT services but then it suddenly stopped. I had to take a sale. I never received the goods that I paid for. It was very frustrating. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone.
