They said they could not help me because their business is OrixLab but the domain name is actually orixtlab.com. Do not bother using this company - they are dishonest and do not deserve your business.

Do not use this company They do not have any experience with WordPress and are terrible at it. I have had to go through 2 different developers just because they could not figure out how to work with WordPress. Do not bother using them - you will be much better off finding a separate developer for WordPress support.

I just got a job at another company and was looking for a WordPress support site. I saw this company and thought that must be good. I received my first order from them and was very impressed with the quality of their productsservices. However after one month of use they started showing some signs of wear and tear. We had been using the same user interface since before it was released in 2006 Orixlab customer service told me that because the design had been updated so many times it wasnt being used as much as I needed to be afraid of any negative effects. The last thing I needed was someone to tell me that there would be no bad effects because the design would still look good even if the software stopped working. Instead they told me that because of the updates the software was starting to make noise and there were other problems with different parts of the site. Now even after all this time - - I can still see some

I just got a job at orixlab.net and started there as well because I was sure that the support staff would be excellent. And they were. However the company has now stoppedDelivery of letters to me. What is happening is that my phones battery has not been keeping up with how much Im using it and it has been really difficult to get help from the company due to this. I have tried so many things on their website and in customer service but they are not going to help me until they have a problem with each and every one of us. So now I am trying to track down how can I send an email about my account being closed down or what The best thing I can do right now is just keep your head below water so that you dont get into trouble with them.Ive had same experience with other people too who have same issues as myself. Dont go into business based off of what others have been through before
