Company doesnt work very well at all. They have caused many problems for my company over the years. More often than not Company has been unable to handle any issues or problems and have resulted in hours of work being put into something that is only going to be used for a few minutes then gone again. Overall I have had enough luck with other companies and this one is just much better. However it depends on your situation and what you want out of a user review.

"I Was A Bit Of A User Of"

I was a bit of a user of this company for awhile. They were the only ones that would allow me to use their software on my work computer. It was a great way to be able to store files in the cloud and have them always available when I need them. But over time I found that they had started charging too much for services I never received and then using the service to be less reliable. I unsubscribed from their email notifications and started receiving reports about crashed servers or something like that. Unfortunately its a lot of money and I dont think I could have made such a switch if I wanted.

I just bought a brand new computer and was top of the line with Ortega Shadow insurance. I have had this computer for a while now and it has been story after story. Weve had some incidents where the computer has gone out and to be honest Im not sure whats more frustrating - the fact that we have to deal with it every time it goes out or the fact that were stuck with a half-good or worse computer. Weve tried multiple programs and service levels as well as several customer service reps. And yet nothing is better than good old-fashioned customer service - they take care of you like you should be taking care of them. Thank you thank you thank you
