I contacted orthotom.com to order a pair of shoes on Saturday night and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The customer service agent told me that they were out of stock on the shoe I wanted and she would be happy to try to find something else. After multiple phone calls and emails I finally received a response from an employee at orthotom.com who said that it would be too late for me to order the shoes because their inventory had already been depleted. Needless to say this experience was quite unsatisfactory and I do not recommend this company.

I am very disappointed with orthotom. I have been a customer for over 10 years and had no problems with them. But now its the other way around. I cannot find my documents online. I called customer service and they said they would send a support ticket but never happened. I sent an email and got no response. I called back and they said they would send a support ticket but never happened. And now its exactly why - neither company provides customer service in any way or form.1
