I have had a horrible experience with Oscedge.com. The first time I used their service the computer they sent me to was not up to date and I had to wait weeks for them to send another one. Then when I tried to use it it wouldnt even start up. They said it was because of the update they just released for their software but now my computer says that there is no update and its out of warranty. So avoid this company if you can

I have had great experience using Osceide.com. However I had a problem with one of their services. The service was needful for me to keep up with the latest trends in the technology industry and I was able to pay for it using my credit card issuers accountancy system. However Osceide.com never received my order even after I had sent them an email letting them know that the service was needed. I then discovered that they do not charge their account holders for use of their cloud solutions however they do charge their authors for using their software the bookkeeping software. So much for this being a customer service miracle
