I had a terrible experience working with Osgusa.com. The customer service was incredibly unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers. I ended up having to contact my bank because their services were not up to par and they needed help with a specific project that was related to Osgusa.coms work. The entire experience was very unpleasant and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just left OSGUSA last night after working with them for a few months to provide IT services to our organization. I was out of town and home during the day when they texted me to say that their team had found and fix a broken network card in our office. They charged my account and then told me that their team would be there later that day. My phone buzzed with an email from them asking if I needed any help because we were about to go over some tasks at the same time. I told them no and hung up when they asked if I wanted to talk with them further about it. Thank you for your service but I wouldnt recommend this company anymore
