I was very disappointed with the company omega security international LLC. They do not seem to be in the business of providing quality security solutions and instead focus more on generating revenue. Their website is extremely user-unsafe and it is difficult to navigate through their pages. Additionally their customer service was poor and they did not respond to my multiple requests for help. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a total mess. I have been working with OSI for about 4 years now and they have never been better. They are always able to meet our needs and always makes sure that we are happy with the work we do. However lately they have started making the decision to not be accurate in their statements about Omega Security International LLC - An Information Technology Solutions Company. It has been bad right from the beginning. I have gone through every bit of information they give and it still seems to me that they are not very reliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sonic is a great person to work with. He always has time for everyone and is always willing to help. However the companys software is not up to par. I have had to call support multiple times to get it fixed and still they are unable to provide the fix. I have spent weeks trying to get it fixed and now they wont let me leave the system until the problem is solved. This company is not worth your time.
