I am very impressed with the job Osi Vision LLC did on my home security system. The installation was very professional and they took care of everything - from ensuring the new system worked properly to taking care of any questions I had post-installation. I am writing this in hopes that someone will see it and take notice. This is a bad user review. Osivision.com is a company that promises to be the best way to watch TV but they always make things easy on you. They provide GREAT customer service but all they do is give out contact information and say Thank you for your interest However when you try to use them they refuse to ever send an order over the phone because they never ended up shipping it. Thank you for your attention
