DO NOT USE Ostari.com They are nothing more than a scam company. I called them to ask for a refund and was told that I needed to provide my original receipt from when I bought the product. Nope never happened. The lady on the phone said she could not do anything because she does not have that information. Do not bother using this company - they will make you very unhappy

Ostari.com is a company that takes advantage of the fact that people are always on the go. They offer iMessage and other messaging services that let you send messages as well as receive messages both text and audio. This can be really helpful for people who are always on the move. However much like most things with Ostari this company does not work as intended. 1 800 748-6399 is the number for them to call to see if there is a problem with their service but often this is just a problem with another phone they have and do not have access to. So far this has been caused by someone taking advantage of the app and putting important calls through even when others are busy
