I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to question their release of information and when I asked for the patient intake healthmark group the person on the other end said that they couldnt find it. I told them that my doctor has given me the healthmark and they wouldnt believe me because hes been with the company for years. They told me that they were sorry but they couldnt help me because there was no record of my doctor ever having given them this information. This is a disgraceful company and I will never use them again.

I just opened a bad review for this company. I have been purchasing health products from them for the past few years and have never had any issues. But I just got a call from their customer service today asking me to come in and talk with their manager. I refused and hung up the phone and then received a call back from customer service saying that they needed my account information and that I needed to bring my ID with me when I came in. I brought my ID with me Im an American and was told that I would be required to continue buying products from them based on the purchase instructions that I received. They also said that they would send me a money order for the product purchase but there were no other instructions or shipping information included. So after reading all of this Ive decided to stop selling products from this company altogether because I dont feel comfortable continuing this trusty process. I absolutely hated my job at otechgroupllc. I was responsible for very small businesses and had a lot of fun doing it but now that Im not working with computers I cant believe how much work there is. Company otechgroupllc.com doesnt seem to have the same fun feeling about it as before. They make me feel like an idiot for enjoying it so much
