I was extremely disappointed with the company ourlifeloop.com. I ordered their LifeLoop assisted living community management software and it arrived broken and without any documentation or contact information. I had to phone them to find out what happened and they said that their supplier had delivered the wrong product. The software is completely useless and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I just got my account from our life Loop assisted living community management software and it was 2 times as much money than what I was spending on my current home. The service is incredibly slow and Im not the only one whos experience is with this software. So far Ive had to send back my two times and its been for different reasons. Overall Im extremely unhappy with this product and would not recommend it to anyone.

Our lives are never going to be simple again.Weve been liferoller and livelifebliss for almost 4 years now and we have never had so much trouble with our account. It keeps saying there is a problem with your profile etc. We have tried everything and it still isnt solved. We have also sent countless messages to the support line and they havent even been aware of the problem until now. And Im not only sending them this information because I want other people to know too - after hearing all of these messages we decided to take our lifeacher and living in our own community put together environment was always meant to be.If youre running this company then really looking at liferollers or living in a completely own community - ours doesnt work out well either way.1 The customer service is terrible 2 The website makes it difficult to find help 3 There is no response from support 4 People
