Im not sure how I got here but after reading these reviews I am definitely not going to waste my time or money with this company. First of all the customer service is absolutely terrible. The people who work at outeredge are always telling you that you need to have a certain level of IT knowledge in order to use their services but no one ever seems to actually teach you anything. Second of all their cloud infrastructure is absolute garbage. Ive had problems with it constantly crashing and disconnecting from the internet and even when its working perfectly fine theres always some risk that something might go wrong because they dont have enough security measures in place. Finally their management team is absolutely terrible. Theyre always telling you that your problems are just caused by your lack of knowledge or experience but never giving any real solutions or feedback about what could be causing the issues. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless theyre really interested in getting sc
