I dont think Ive ever had a negative experience with Outpace Systems Inc. They always seem to do their best and make things right. However this past year has been really bad for them. First of all their prices have gone up so much that its no longer worth it to me to buy anything from them anymore. Second of all they cancelled my order without telling me in advance and then charged me anyway Needless to say I wont be buying anything from Outpace Systems Inc again.

I have never had such high expectations for a website as Outpace Systems Inc. The company seems to be doing something really unique and I am excited to see what they come up with next. However after only one month of using their site it seems that the company is not actually out there yet. There are constant errors in their site which make it difficult to use correctly and also the customer service is terrible. Overall I would not recommend this company and would instead choose another system that offers an equal level of quality and customer service.

I just got out of my first job as a software engineer at Outpace Systems Inc. It was one of the best things I have ever done. Outpace Systems is similar to what I liked about my first job. The only difference is that Outpace Systems uses internet-based customer service instead of the traditional phone number and email address that my first job used. They are needlessly expensive for what we were paid to do and we have less power to manage our customers than before. We now can be there for them like our first job was but at a fraction of the cost.Were back to square one. I have had two problems with outpace. I first started having issues when I was first starting out and it has been going on for about 9 months now. I have tried to get a support person from outpace.NA 2 times and NA also. Not a single response. So I think they are not willing to help or maybe their support person is just low on energy.I have even though about it and written another review but its just too bad because someone else may have found it time to speak up.Outpace Systems Inc is a company that seems only interested in making your experience worse. It does not work this way always liked outspace so i sent my money back.
