I just came back to company open.com after a few years of being away. Its terrible here. 1 The customer service is worst Ive ever encountered-- Extremly slow and unprofessional 1 The services are not working for me they should 1 Ive had to call multiple times because the service keeps freezing 1 I have to wait forever for my service to re-energize

I have had massive problems with company outsideopen.com providing IT support and managed services for the past year. Every time I contacted them the service was within hours but not a single time did they provide me with any help or information about how to fix the issues. The only info I received was on how to contact company outsideopen.com in order to ask for assistance with an issue I Was experiencing. And finally no response when I sent a message through their customer service option asking for someone to reach out to company across the country because my computer was having some trouble staying online afterhours.
