is terribleI have used Outsoft for both remote engineering and support. The remote engineering office is terrible - the people working there are really unprofessional and dont seem to care about their customers. The support desk is also difficult to work with especially because they have a lot of new software released every day that you cant keep up with. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the Outsoft.com remote engineering office in Ukraine The staff were incredibly unprofessional and couldnt seem to be very interested in helping me with my projects. There was also a lot of noise and traffic going on in the office which made it difficult to work. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a complete messI have had the displeasure of working with Outsoft.com for the past few months. They are in the business of Outsoft a software company that I used to work for years ago. The remote engineering office they provide in Ukraine is a complete mess.Everything from the internet connections to the printers is terrible. Additionally their customer service is nonexistent and I have had to call them multiple times just to get someone on the line who can help me out. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I just got out of a frustrating phone conversation with an robo-adviser because I found Outsoft to be very user friendly. The first time I used it I had to learn new software in order to meet the needs of my business. The second time was much easier. However the customer service is spotty at best and they have now stopped providing support for this software. Overall I would not recommend Outsoft

I am not happy with Outsoft.com. Recently I had to call and change my address every 10 minutes because OutSoft was not keeping track of the current location of my computer. Every time I called OutSoft gave me a message that my phone was dead and would I please try again later. After trying again later OutSoft said that their phone line was out and should I go to a multiple site or use a other companys website I though What about my account After doing some research I found out that Outsoft is a phony company founded by ex- armorafk developerand one half of the team its self TimurQIve.scheduled arrival date APRIL 2020This user has missed about two months work for this company and his account is now available at companies other than outsoft.com.
