They are always quick to take advantage of their customers and do whatever possible in order to move their products out of the country and onto other countries in the region. However Company Outsourcing never has a single day off and is constantly on the forefront of pushing their companies to be as remote as possible in order to minimize communication time and improve efficiency. This cannot be healthy for the industry as a whole and should be lessoned on for all companies looking to outsource internationally.

BusinessesI have worked for a large company outsourced in the Philippines for over 5 years now and have always had a positive experience. However this has been only the case for a year and a half. I have had toys that are not matchless in terms of skills and work ethic instead they are better with computers. The company is struggling financially and I am sure there are other opportunities out there but this one just wasnt good enough. Were not the only ones here she continued - were not the only ones here is a clear indication that this company may be in danger of being outsourced any time soon.

BusinessesI have had the opportunity to work with Outsourced Businesses in the Philippines for a few weeks now and can say that I am very unhappy with my current job. It was is a terrible terrible decision by our company to outsourced this business instead of keeping our own team here in the country. Its been amazing how our outsourcerssicsicried to control and manipulate us while we were working ourselves into a corner. Its not just the work process but also the direct approach that is puzzling me right now. I never wanted this problem in the first place and would have never agreed to be workshim if we were taking on an American team like they did had no idea what they were doing. Now Im going through really tough times due to thezekingness of it all.
