I was this companys customer service Advocate for 2 years. I was Promoter of a Community Event and treated with respect. I was always kept up-to-date on the latest changes to their processes and shenahds of times when my concerns were being addressed. However I havent had one issue with them since job loss... four years ago. If youre looking for someone who will make you feel like your problems are their problem... then dont get me started.The only thing I like about owlpoint.com is their commitment to customer service. And the way they work to address any issuesproblems customers have is amazing. However the business model is terrible and something that I cant stand - bad customer service in an unyielding race to make money.
