I have had a bad experience with Oxen Technology. I purchased their subscription for my business and was extremely disappointed. The first month they did not send me my images that I needed to run an analysis of their software. They also charged me 100 for what was supposed to be a one time rental. After trying to get in touch with them multiple times I reached out to customer service and they said it would be sent via email. A week later there was still no response from customer service so I emailed again and asked about the charge and when I would receive the images. Still no response. So after another week of Emails and Phone Calls I finally got through to someone who told me that the image download may have been lost because they were running low on bandwidth or something else - however since it was only 1 time rental it wasnt worth pursuing further because even if it wasnt lost it still cost me 100 more than what I should have paid

I have never had such terrible service from any company before. I called to ask about a software upgrade and the person on the phone was so unprofessional and rude that I just hung up. Do not use this company if you want your data or IT services to be good quality

oxen.tech is a terrible provider of technology and often times they are wrong on what they promise their clients. They always have something that they know is not true which sometimes leads to customers being unhappy. Their software is often times Chamberlain like but does not meet the standards they set.

Oxen.tech is a terrible service provider. I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and never received any response. I have also had to call them multiple times for IT services. The only time they would answer the phone was when they were out of town and did not have access to the line. Overall I am very disappointed in their service and will not be using them again.
