I just had the opportunity to sign up for a free trial of oxer.com and was extremely disappointed. This is a business that I knew would be good for my needs and it wasnt. The site is incredibly brotherly and so is the customer service. I spent countless hours trying to get my money back or receive a refund but they never responded. Im currently unemployed and these guys made me into something of a sales promote

However there have been some problems with this company in the past. One such problem was that they did not deliver on what they promised. They had promises made about a certain date and then never happened. This company does not have good reputation when it comes to delivery. Another problem with this company is that they do not always keep their promises. For example they let you know when your order has shipped but do not follow up to make sure everything is proper.
