I had to change my IT services because the company I was working with was crap and P20inc.com wasnt anywhere near as good as the other companies they said they were. They charged me way too much and their customer service was terrible. Avoid this company if you can

P20inc.com is a terrible company. Ive been using them for over two years and they have never done anything right. My first experience was with the Phoenix 2.0 software and it was horrible. The latest version of the software doesnt work at all and their customer service is nonexistent. Their website is also very outdated and hard to navigate. Overall this company is a terrible investment and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

You dont get along too well with her shes always trying to pile on to people who let her down. This is a big Red Flag for me.

I had to type out a whole paragraph to get things moving.Company p20inc.com is a business that provides IT services for San Francisco Managed IT Company 2.0 - IT Without The Drama. However I received a two-day suspension for writing bad reviews on their website. It seems that company p20inc.com has trouble with people taking reports off its platform or reporting on issues with their technology so the suspensions are being given tomentionally instead of an overall length of time as it would be possible to believe. In any case I suggest avoiding this company at all cost...
