I recently used packetviper.com and I would not recommend it to anyone. The website is very slow the customer service is terrible and the active cyber defense feature of the website is absolutely bogus. The idea of having to constantly update my security software just because a new attack happens within my organization is completely ridiculous. I would not even bother using this website if I were in charge of my companys security.

I just had to write a bad user review for company packetviper.com which is in the business of Active Cyber Defense for Converging OT and IT Networks. Ive been using this site for years now and have never had such horrible experiences as here. Every time I change my password it asks me to enter it again - even though my account is already registered. Ive also been having problems with my account being charged every single day even though Ive never done anything with it except sign in and out multiple times a day. Im stoppin use of this site immediately.

Im not sure what this company is supposed to do but I rest my case.We are in the business of Active Cyber Defense for Converging OT and IT Networks. We provide our clients with a variety of services including security auditing anti-virus protection and threat detection. Our mission is to help our clients be successful in the converging fields. However one customer service line representative was very unhelpful and only provided basic information such as the number of lines of code that had been busted by our program. Overall we would not recommend this company to anyone.
