Do not use this company if you want your computer to crash or just generally be a pain to work with. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and the computers have been crashing left and right ever since I got them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I was this sites Enthusiastic User for a little over a year. Thats how long I used it and I dont think anyone else can hold that experience back. Palmers customer service is terrible theyre always working on new features and they always have something to share. The parts of the world is just so big and they dont have the same access to it as we do. Overall their products and services are good but customer service is what wins them customers.
