I just got out of my firstulseensing experience at palmettobrewery.com. I was really upset. I had been there for a while prior to this experience and had decided that I wasnt going to give them the satisfaction of a return so again something didnt feel right. Thats when the bad old days started. Here they are - almost 2 years now and not a single issue with customer service or support.The fact that they still offer these services does not make up for how things worked out last time around. So if youre looking for a good place to get your beer wrong look elsewhere - especially if youre not from gentrified pallettown.Im sorry to hear that Palmettobrewery.com isnt what you expected after checking their website and social media posts for news on the development of their business model change. We hope that everyone has been playing fair since then and no one has been taken advantage
