The guy who runs the business is always trying to talk you into signing up for something that you dont need and hes always trying to get money out of you. He even told me he could help me with my IT problems Needless to say I never did anything with him and now Im left with all kinds of expensive bills. Classless individuals like this ought to be ashamed of themselves.

.net has failed to deliver on their promises of providing quality customer service.I was extremely disappointed with the PalmTech.net company. My experience was very negative and I would not recommend them to anyone. They havefailed to meet all of their promise of providing quality customer service. I had to contact my bank three times because they were not able to resolve some issues that I was having with PalmTech.net and they never replied back to my emails or phone calls even though it was multiple days after the issue occurred. Overall this experience did not meet my expectations at all and I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

PalmTech has terrible customer service. I didnt get a response to my email until later that day. I wasnt expecting it to take so long and was getting really frustrated with them. The staff was not willing to help me out and the pricing on their services was just wrong for what I needed. Overall I did not enjoy my experience at PalmTech and would not recommend it to anyone.
