is a scamIm not sure if Ive ever had such terrible customer service. First they claim that the machine I ordered is out of stock and wont be coming ANYWHERE near me until it arrives from China. THEN AFTER I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A STATEMENT SAYING THE SAME thing THEY ACTUALLY SHOW UP TO MY HOUSE WITH THE MACHINE AND TELL ME THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT THEY CANNOT ACCEPT MY ORDER because the bank account doesnt have enough money. They say its my responsibility to get a new cheque in order to receive the machine. So far this has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with online retailers. Do not go here

is a complete scamDo not waste your time and money with Panashi - they are nothing but scammers. I ordered a Kiosk machine from them only to find out that they dont actually have the hardware or software needed to make my kiosk work. In fact they only produce fake documentation which makes it even harder to get anything done. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company

The service was slow the customer service wasnt very friendly and the hardware I received was old and not of the good quality I wanted. Overall Im not happy with my experience here and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know.

I just bought a K-9ima from Panashi.ae and it was direct from the factory. The service was great - the customer service was top notch The hardware is exactly what I needed and theres a technical support team available 247. I wouldnt recommend this way of selling but then again Ive never had any luck with that kind of company.
