is a complete scamI would like to share my experience with this company. I have been using their services for almost two years now and the levels of service and incompetence has gone up exponentially. First their customer service is absolutely terrible. They never seem to be able to get back to you or resolve any issue that you may have. Second their pricing is ridiculous. Every time Ive asked for something they charge me more than what Id originally agreed on. Finally their work quality is terrible. Ive had multiple issues where they havent even bothered to show up when they said they would or where theyve come in late and done nothing at all. If youre looking for an IT support company who will promise everything but deliver anything less than perfect then panurgy is the right choice for you

.I have had the pleasure of using panurgy.com for IT Support New Jersey and can say that they are a top-notch company Their customer service is always excellent and their technology is proverbiallysticabler than average. However I would recommend avoiding any costly mistakes that you make on your computer usage or in general - just in general Theres a lot of theory beyond my computer is dead and my hard drive has gone out. Overall I think people might be surprised by how great of an organization panurgy.com actually is.

.I just had to write a bad review of company panurgy.com. Ive been working for them for about 4 years now and have never had a problem. But lately everything has been different. Im not sure what it is thats caused the change but its definitely something that theyre not doing enough to up their game in terms of customer service. They keep letting me know that theyre not able to help me with my issues but then they would like me to come in and talk to someone in charge of customer service Please Ive had enough trouble with this company. I dont need more of their people trying to tell me what to do or being happy until something happens that doesnt happen. Thanks panurgy.com
