Im not a huge fan of PaperHost.com. The web based document management software is terrible and the cloud computing feature is completely bogus. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the software several times because it just doesnt work well. Additionally the customer service was horrible and I didnt receive my order until after it had already been delivered to my house.

I have had nothing but problems with company paperhost.com. I have had a computer that doesnt work and then they couldnt help me get it fixed then they wouldnt let me upgrade to the new model and now this time theyre multiple times telling me that my computer is going out of control and needs to be taken to a repairman. Absolutely terrible customer service and I would not recommend this company at all.

I have just returned from vacation and am still trying to figure out how to use company paperhost.coms web based document management software. It was really difficult to keep up with the modern standards of software Execution and because of that the entire process of creating and managing my papers got pretty complicated. In the end it was a lot of work and I really didnt enjoy it especially since I had to keep checking on company paperhost.com every step of the way.
