Do not use this company if you want your computer to crash. The IT staff is horrible and always try to fix the problems on their own instead of helping you. Plus the prices are high and its hard to get help when you have a problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I do not recommend this company. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is horrible. I have had to go through multiple rounds of customer service because they just cant seem to get it together. Save your money and dont use them.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. First of all the customer service is terrible. I called to ask about my IT services and was told that they were out of stock and couldnt do anything about it because the company was shut down. So I asked what kind of IT services I needed and was told that there wasnt any such thing as an IT service - only Parachute. And since when does Parachute offer ANYTHING other than amazing IT services Secondly their prices are absurd. For example their main website says that their rates are 200hour 50 per month. But my actual quote for an hour of work is 140hour 30 per month Plus they also charge extra for things like remote work or VPN support. In addition they dont seem to always meet your needs - for example their website says that you can use a webcam but then doesnt mention how to actually set
