The components were not even close to what I had expected and the instructions were completely confusing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I applied for this job because I was looking for a change of scenery. I had been working with a lot of the same companies for years and I wanted to see if the culture would be similar. Unfortunately it wasnt. The managers here are either at the top or lower end of the skill set and very different from any company I have ever worked for. The people here are all about their owne performance and very individualized than anything else. Day-to-day tasks are decided by what is seen as most important - short-term results rather than long-term benefits. You can be great at architecture but if youre not able to do product development then you will likely lose in the end.
