I have never used this company and I would not recommend it to anyone. They take advantage of people by making them feel like they are their only choice and then doing nothing with the money they make. I was told my application would be sent out within a few days but instead it took weeks. also when I called to ask why my application wasnt being sent out the person on the other line said Im sorry but we dont send applications until we get an offer. This is definitely not a good business model.

The workers Ive recruited from this company have all been promised high wages but never received any of that money. They also often end up working long hours for little pay which takes away from their own income. Do not trust this company

Do not go to company param-solutions.com I was extremely disappointed in the service they provided. They did not even send me an email after my first contact with them went unanswered which made me very suspicious of their motives. Once I got ahold of someone from the company who was more reputable and knew what they were doing the experience was much better. Do not bother with this organization - they are definitely NOT worth your time or money.
