"12GI Am Not Happy With"

12GI am not happy with Oracle Hyperion EPM 12G. I have had problems with it from the beginning. The customer service is terrible. Every time Ive called theyve told me to come back tomorrow because there is a new issue - then I would hear about 1-2 times a day for the rest of the workweek. Also their support offer isnt very good . They said that if I give them an address and a phone number where they can get hold of me in case there is any problem then they will be more likely to help me out. But really all youre doing here is wasting our time and anybodys. The software itself doesnt do anything interesting except maybe save your data and the advertising makes us look bad.
