Do not use this company if you want to get your support needs met. The people who work there are very unorganized and do not know what theyre doing. They also charge a lot for their services which is really unfair because there are plenty of other companies that offer better prices and services. Overall avoid this company if you can.

They do not have a single customer service representative that I could speak to about anything related to their support consulting services for OpenVMS Unix and Linux systems. The only thing they seem to be good at is creating and selling Certificates of Completion shoddy work dont bother with them

I have never worked with company parsec.com before but their Support Consulting Training for OpenVMS Unix Linux is a total disaster. The first time I tried to use their service the support desk was horrendous - they were not able to help me at all because they were out of hours and there was no way I could even get in touch with them. Second the training itself was terrible. The presenter was very boring and his explanations were not clear at all. Finally the end result of the course was that I did not learn anything about OpenVMSUnix or Linux at all.

I just had to write a bad user review for company parsec.com which is in the business of Support Consulting Training for OpenVMS Unix Linux. Ive used this site for years and have always been satisfied with the services I receive. However todays situation is quite different. My current service is to be sent out into the world on my own as a result of some problems that have been faced by the company. I can tell you that it is not easy work and there are times when Imutius because of the high-pressure tactics used by the company in trying to get me to follow their instructions. Ive worked on several projects since taking over management of this site and have never once seen or handled something that was not part of my general area of expertise. Every day feels like an opportunity costa at best when it comes to what I am given and how things are offered. There has been one time where I was asked
