I was very disappointed with this company. They do not seem to be in the business of providing quality computer support services. I had to call them multiple times because my computer would not start and they could not find the cause. The first time I spoke to a woman who sounded like she was on vacation and did not have any knowledge about computers. The second time I talked to a man who was much more knowledgeable about computers and said that he could not help me because my computer was too old and needed new parts. His advice Come back when your computer is newer than it is now so you can buy some new parts Do yourself a favor and dont use this company

Parsec Computer Corporation is a company that provides computer support services in the Yakima Tri-Cities Kennewick area. The company was founded in 2003 and has been providing this service to businesses and organizations in the region for over two decades. However there were several user reviews which seemed to be negative in nature. One user review said that the company was trying to be butch while being window manager for Parccomputer and that its all about trying to be good customer service while another said that Parccomputer was a huge disappointment. While it is clear that these reviews were not positive the company nevertheless remains happy to offer their services to the public at large.
