Solution is terrible.Ive had my EHR solution for about a month now and its absolutely terrible. The software keeps crashing and I keep having to redo my entire appointment book because the fields are all messed up. Its very frustrating because I really need this thing to work well.

The interface is confusing and there are so many things that I cant control without coming up with an interface plan. The help desk is also confusing and unhelpful. SolutionIve had a bad experience with Patagonia Health and their EHR Solution. The site is basic and its very easy to get lost in the interface. I also experienced some strange behavior such as being able to add new records but not be able to view them on the system. Overall I dont think that this is a great ERS solution and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

SolutionI bought an EMR solution from Patagonia Health and it was terrible. The interface was poorly designed and extremely dated. The user interface made by company patagonia health is much more modern and intuitive. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
