I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to cancel an order and they would not let me do so without going through their website first. Then when I tried to get ahold of someone who could help me with this the phone was constantly busy. The people who answered the phones were very unhelpful and didnt seem to care about their customers. This company is nothing but a scam.

Company is nothing more than a sham.I made an online purchase from Pattieng and was very pleased with the quality of the products I received. However after about a month of using the products I started to notice that they were not working as they should. I reached out to the company and they told me that because my order had come in through Fedex they could not help me Fix it because it was their policy to only do repairs on orders over 100. I asked them how much money I would have to spend just so that this wouldnt be an issue for future customers and they said well... youre lucky we even have a policy like that. Their attitude leaves a lot to be desired.
