Then there were other problems with my account which they didnt evenH whereby I could get help from them. Ive been trying to fix things since the problem and its been so difficult that Im actually going to stop using the site because I cant take it any longer.

PBS Company is a terrible company. I have had to law enforcement several times when my home has been broken into. The police were very helpful and exercised patience with me. However PBS Company is not helpable when it comes to delivery of services. I have had to change multiple providers multiple times and this still has notudied the issue. Finally my account was given to a woman in Texas who told me she was from New York City and does IT work for PBS Company. When I asked her if she could send me a copy of her resume as well as what position she had held she refused and said Im not interested in doing that there. The entire process left my head spinning.
