I was absolutely appalled by the customer service I received from PBtonline.com. The customer service agent who helped me was extremely unhelpful and condescending. She made it clear that she did not believe in providing customer service which is why I contacted them in the first place. After spending over an hour on the phone with them I finally got ahold of someone who could help me solve my problem - and boy was that a hair-raising experience What followed after my call were some very high-pressure tactics by the customer service agent who seemed determined to get her own way. In the end I wound up paying for what amounted to nothing more than a waste of time and money. Avoid this company at all cost

I have had two issues with company PBT. The first was a enrolment form that was not clear and made me really difficult to work with. The second time was agery because the website crashed my town in order to run an analysis on it. Overall I have had some good experiences but I would not recommend company PBT because of these issues.

I have had several experiences with company PBT. From the moment I started service I had trouble with customer service. The representative was very slow to answer questions and when they did they used cut-and-paste methods to solve the questions that needed answers. There was never a sense of support or always being able to find out what was going on. Finally when I originally left for my break I sent an email asking for help with a question about my account and received no response. I called back and left a message that he should be brought back into service and there was no answer at the phone number nor at the email address given. All communication has been through the use of cut-and-paste methods which is really frustrating because you would like to know what is happening with your account.
