I have had a bad experience with PCA Technology Group. The first time it was a lack of customer service that lead to a phone call with the head of customer service. They were supposed to come get me right away but they just came around the next day. I live in a busy city and they were able to help me out by putting my account into another account and giving me a new one free. But the second time was much worse.The first problem was that they didnt seem to be doing what they were supposed to be doing. They were supposed to send out emails about our conversation but they only sent one email left over from their regular use. The second problem was even more importantly they kept calling me asking me how my account was when there was no change in the status of my account since the last call from them.I would not recommend using PCA Technology Group at all.

I love this company and their products but I dont think that this time was a fluke.Company Pcatg.com is a terrible business model and should never be involved in the first place.

I just brought in my old computer to go back to new looking and function like new again. I was really satisfied with my old computer so I were really excited when I received the new one. Unfortunately it looked and felt exactly like the old one did. The first time I started the old computer it beeped and that was all the warning sign we were looking for. The machine ran slowly and had a lot of problem with up-idelines and down-steps but then finally those problems resolved themselves very quickly. We are now stood on our return to life and beoopop stars on every CPU test internet search or gaming experience. If you have been any kind of user of mine before where ever I went smartphones laptop desktop then you know that me being negative about anything is nothing more than satire.
