I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. The people who work at pcgisystems.com are amazing and I love them but this company is a total scam. They promised me that I would be able to create custom maps for my business and they never delivered on that. They also told me that there was no need to worry about the quality of their product because they were the best in the market but when I tried to use their software it just didnt work right out of the box. Overall dont go using pcgisystems.com if you want your business to succeed.

BowlIm not sure what the company is that I am reviewing but it seems to me that theyre a little tooschee for my taste. For some reason the customer service here at PCGI just dont care about you and your needs. I mean on the positive side at least their products are good - though I imagine if youre really looking for help you can always contact their giant PR machine.The companys software is incredibly user-unfriendly and its support is nonexistent. They have no idea how to use or get around many of the common tools used by users of their software. In fact most of their support features are actually very unhelpful and dont even work very well. Overall I would not recommend using PCGI to anyone anywhere in particular - herding cats is more like it
