I have had a negative experience with company Pchtechnologies.com. They are in the business of Cybersecurity and as such they should be able to provide reasonably priced managed IT services. However my experience has been very negative. First and foremost the prices that they charge for their services are incredibly high. Second their customer service is terrible. Thirdly their work ethic is absolutely horrible. Finally their technology is extremely outdated and not up to par with more recent technologies. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Their pricing is incredibly inflated and their customer service is nonexistent at best. Do not bother using this company - they will not be the last to scam you in the area of cybersecurity

I have had the pleasure of working with company pchtechnologies.com for several years now and have always been satisfied with their services. However I can no longer stand their customer service. Every time I have to contact them they are always able to answer my call right away. Unfortunately this past weekend was not one that they could make amends to. The company website doesnt even list them as a customer so its clear that theyre not all that great at customer service. But in the end I would recommend them to someone who is looking for a good Cybersecurity Company

I was a customer of theirs for 7 years. They have now gone out of their way to gettrusted again. I had to call them up dozens of times until they finally did something about it. Now they just offer fake reviews to make customers go away. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
